We chose the name Grain Studio because, like great design, wood grain is both familiar and
unique at the same time. Not to mention that the studio is located in a renovated granary
on a small ranch in the NE corner of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.

Our small studio is home to the work of Josh Ernst.
A graphic artist with over a decade of professional experience.

During his time in the industry he has worn many hats, as part of Best Buy's marketing department
to running an art department for a prominent CD/DVD manufacturer in downtown Minneapolis.
He has also worked with a handful of Twin Cities based music and art magazines as well as
several non profit organizations.

We take advantage of a select network of talented professionals to bring you the finest and
most affordable creative solutions.
